VP, Sales (Payment & Cash Management)

Key Responsibilities:
You will grow our market share by winning new business proactively, achieving the prescribed revenue and product targets, as well as responding to and satisfying customer needs timely and professionally. In addition, you will promote HSBC’s Payment and Cash Management (PCM) capabilities to heighten awareness, while generating sales leads. You are also required to keep yourself abreast of the latest trends and developments in the cash management marketplace, conducting regular dialogue sessions with corporate treasurers and industry specialists. From time to time, you will also ensure that our service quality standards and profitability targets are consistently met, and that all MIS reports are delivered timely.

 

Requirements:
You should posssess a Degree with 5-8 years regional cash management sales experience. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to liase effectively with personnel across functions are essential. You should also exhibit strong sales/marketing and presentation skills and the ability to generate creative thoughts to seize new businesses
