Introduction
Reporting to Senior Vice President, the person will be part of the Global Resourcing and Outsourcing team. Global Resourcing (GR) is an important component of HSBC’s Managing for Growth strategy, playing a key role in delivering shareholder value and helping HSBC remain competitive in the global financial services market. The candidate will be responsible for providing project management expertise in migrations to our Global Service Centres (GSCs) based on the SGH Outsourcing Management Framework and accelerating the delivery process by leveraging upon our experience in past migrations.


Key responsibilities

You will be responsible for the below key areas:
1. Management of the SGH Outsourcing Framework to ensure effective management of outsourcing risks and in compliance to local regulatory requirements. You will also be engaged in strategic costs reviews on our outsourcing spends and contribute to the improvements in this area.
2. Deliver global resourcing projects according to plans and conduct reviews on offshored processes to identify improvement opportunities.


Requirements

Along with a degree, you should have at least 5 years of experience as a high-performing executive with proven project management skills and significant involvement in operational reviews and outsourcing of processes to HSBC GSCs or third party vendors.

A self-starter who can work independently, you possess strong leadership qualities, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management. Good analytical and creative problem solving skills are equally important.
