Key Responsibilities:
You will play a key role in managing and growing a portfolio of customers within the SME Sector so as to increase income contribution and overall market share by maximizing wallet share, increasing cross-sell and defending existing business. The job-holder also has to up-tier non-borrowing accounts to borrowing and to continually review quality of borrowing relationships managed so that bad debts are kept to minimum and profitability is maintained/enhanced.

Requirements:
- Degree in Banking and Finance with 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong trade and loans experience
- Sharp and acute credit skills with good ability to analyze Financial Report.
- Strong ability to develop and maintain rapport between customers and peers
- Possess excellent inter-personal communication skills
- Systematic, meticulous and reliable and able to work with minimum supervision
- Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task, work independently and under pressure
- Able to work well both individually and in groups
