Assistant Manager (Global Structured Finance – Agency Team)

Job Responsibilities:
• Portfolio management of assigned projects.
• Perform all agency functions including the monitoring of covenants and compliance requirements.
• Liaison to borrowers, lenders, legal counsels, consultants and other agents.

 

Job Requirements
• A Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance with at least 7 years of banking experience in any of the following: loan agency, credit, marketing, credit risk management, loan syndication.
• Possess strong credit background with some experience in offshore lending and syndicated loans. Project finance or agency experience would be a distinct advantage.
• Numerate, with strong written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills, organized and proactive in approach.
• A team player.
