We invite dynamic, motivated, self driven individuals to join our Legal and Compliance Division:

Responsibilities:
· Provide legal support to Head of Legal & Compliance for all legal and regulatory compliance matters related to exchange and clearing house operations.
· Review and draft all documentation including standard agreements, regulatory rules and procedures, and products introduced by the exchange and general corporate work.
· Review all legal policies and compliance/procedures manuals of the various departments in the exchange.

Requirements:
· Degree in Law from a recognised university
· Admitted to legal practice in Singapore
· 1 to 7 years’ legal and/or compliance experience in the financial industry or private practice experience as a general corporate or litigation lawyer
· Familiarity with the Securities and Futures Act and other legislations under MAS’ purview would be an added advantage
