People Strategies for Asia to take Centrestage at 2nd Singapore Human Capital Summit

The second Singapore Human Capital Summit will be held on 29 - 30 September 2009. Organised by Singapore's Ministry of Manpower and the Singapore Workforce Development Agency, the Summit is a premier international conference on managing and developing human capital in Asia.
