Responsibilities:

You will play a key role in the design and development of marketing and communication materials (digital, online, web and print format) for IBF’s branding initiatives, outreach activities and events. You will need to understand the briefs based on IBF’s business and marketing goals, and translate them into creative and engaging designs for marketing materials including eDMs, online banners, social posts, brochures, promotional displays, backdrop designs, print and digital advertorials, presentations and information kits. You will also be required to do photo editing and in the course of your work, you will liaise with IBF’s partners to ensure the branding integrity of IBF.



Requirements:
  • Diploma in any discipline. Experience in visual communications would be preferred.
  • Strong graphic design portfolio with up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and techniques in graphic design.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Animate.
  • Ability to create vector graphics in Adobe Flash/Adobe Illustrator/Adobe Photoshop.
  • Good layout and typography skills. Knowledge of web design using Java Script, HTML, CSS, Wordpress and Mailchimp would be an advantage.
  • Photograhy and video editing skills. Ability to develop graphic content for social media platforms is an advantage.
  • Meticulous with good project management skills and ability to complete projects within tight deadlines.
  • Self-starter and able to engage stakeholders of various levels.

 

Responsibilities:

You will be part of the team overseeing the training incentive schemes administered by IBF. You will support the team in the processing and disbursement of funding claims and ensure that claims are processed on an accurate and timely basis. In this position, you will handle a range of administrative responsibilities including the review of supporting documents submitted and the disbursement of funds to eligible claimants. You will also be expected to follow up with claimants on any gaps in the submission, handle funding related queries and liaise with the funding authority in seeking disbursement approval.



Requirements:
  • Diploma in Accounting, ACCA or an equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in accounting, audit or administrative roles would be preferred.
  • Meticulous, organised and able to multi-task.
  • Confident in liaising with stakeholders and handling queries.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the smooth execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involve all relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.

  • Develop deep understanding on business functions and applications.
  • Test, monitor and resolve outstanding issues/bugs.
  • Manage and identify potential risk and recommend mitigation controls.

Requirements:
  • Recognised Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines in IT.
  • Proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector.
  • Good technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development, web and mobile technologies.
  • Experience in system integration using custom programs, API calls or bidirectional file transfers.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills including multi-tasking skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Experience in governance and risk management.
  • PMP/CITM/CSM/PRINCE II or relevant certification will be a plus.

 

Responsibilities:

You will play a key role in managing the Adapt and Grow Programmes administered by IBF. You will engage industry stakeholders to promote the use of such programmes, and support the design and implementation of templates to facilitate career conversions. You will also assist in setting out the Standard Operating Procedures and ensure smooth implementation of programmes by communicating and liaising with the relevant stakeholders, including government agencies. You will be required to prepare appointment contracts, evaluate training roadmaps and provide recommendations on the eligibility of claims. On a regular basis, you will track progress and provide management reports on the effectiveness of the programmes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a financial institution would be preferred.
  • Meticulous, organised and process / system oriented.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Self-starter and able to engage with stakeholders of various levels.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

 

Responsibilities:

You will play a key role in providing skills and career advisory to individuals who are interested to join the financial industry, as well as financial sector practitioners looking to move into other growth areas within the industry. You will help these individuals evaluate their skills and experience, assist them in setting career goals and recommend relevant training programmes to acquire the necessary skills. You will leverage on relevant resources, including IBF’s suite of training schemes, competencies framework and network of IBF Fellows, to achieve this.

You are also expected to engage with financial institutions and relevant players to keep abreast of employment trends, job openings and emerging skills required by the industry. You are required to facilitate job matching and understand the skills and qualification requirements of available positions. You will follow up with job seekers at regular intervals to track their employment statuses and provide management reports.
