IBF Future Skills Connect - Application of Artificial Intelligence within Financial Crime Compliance

​IBF is pleased to host a hands-on workshop on “Application of Artificial Intelligence within Financial Crime Compliance”.  Praveen Jain (Head, FCC Controls, Strategy and Innovation) and Markiewicz (CEO, Silent Eight), will begin with an overview of Artificial Intelligence (including Machine Learning), and then discuss the application and use-cases within Financial Crime Compliance, followed by some views around industry and uptake; and finally delve into hands-on case studies and experience insights.
 
As part of the program,  Praveen will cover how banks are leveraging new technologies to drive innovation within Financial Crime Compliance, while enhancing the bank’s capabilities for combatting financial crime. Martin will provide an overview of areas where Silent Eight helping Financial Institutions leverage Artificial Intelligence to improve Financial Crime Compliance processes. Praveen and Martin will also walk through an example of collaboration between SCB and Silent Eight on a screening use case.
