IBF Fireside Chat: Journey to Data Readiness

3 December 2019

Research shows that companies are failing in their efforts to become data-driven.  Becoming truly data-driven requires changing mindsets, attitudes, and habits, and we know that embedding data into the fabric of organizations requires a significant cultural change, a change in how people think and behave with their data.

Dion Thorpe will share how AIA Singapore is leveraging new technologies and education to enable its workforce to be more data and digitally driven in the traditional business of life insurance.  He will detail their journey using data analytics, automation, AI and digital tools to enhance the business in the new digitally led era.

Join us and hear from data leaders of AIA, Deutsche Bank, DHL Express and MAS on how they’ve implemented changes in their organizations and formalized activities to support building a data-centric culture.
