Dion has more than 12 years of experience in data analytics within the financial services industry. He joined AIA in 2015 and has contributed to defining and driving the data and analytics road map for multiple data and analytics teams in Australia. Now in Singapore, he drives the roll out of Tableau within the Enterprise Data team within Strategy and Transformation focusing on increasing user engagement and lifting the Enterprise capabilities with Tableau. Prior to joining AIA, Dion worked in various analytical roles in Treasury, Wealth and Investments within the financial services industry.
Dr. Ghim-Eng, Head of SupTech & Analytics OfficeMonetary Authority of Singapore
Dr. Ghim-Eng heads the SupTech & Analytics Office in MAS. His Team's Mission is to serve as the Data Analytics Centre of Excellence for MAS departments and transform MAS into the Central Bank & Financial Regulator of the Future, supporting Singapore's growth as a global financial centre, and accelerating the rise of SupTech, including transforming the regulatory reporting experience for the financial sector and for MAS. To this end, he oversees strategic efforts to nurture an org-wide culture in terms of self-service business intelligence and insights consumption, as well as a hub-&-spoke analytics model.
Abhishek Mehta, Head of Post Trade Technology APAC & APAC LeadTableau Community of Practice Deutsche Bank
Abhishek has been with Deutsche Bank for past 14 years and has served multiple leadership roles in global markets technology across Asia, Europe and Americas. Abhishek graduated from National University of Singapore and is Harvard Business School Alumni. He is passionate about building data driven culture in the organisations.
Olga has 14 years of experience in data and analytics domain. Today she leads a team in DHL Express that leverages vast amount of data across 200+ countries to deliver predictive and optimization solutions. Olga has experience in cultivating data culture and overcoming changes resistance in international and consulting environment by implementing high ROI solutions, running global programs and establishing new data functions and capabilities in companies.
