Overview

What is the Wealth Management Accelerator Programme?

The Wealth Management Accelerator Programme (WMAP) is a new hire Career Conversion Programme (CCP) that aims to build up an industry pipeline of Retail Banking Relationship Managers as Financial Institutions (FIs) grow their Wealth Management business.

This is a full-time programme as mid-career applicants selected for this programme will be hired by a FI and receive industry-curated structured training and on-the-job training over a period of 3 months to pivot into a career in Wealth Management within the financial services sector.

The programme is managed by the Institute of Banking and Finance (IBF), with the support of Workforce Singapore (WSG), the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), appointed training provider Wealth Management Institute (WMI) and participating FIs.
