Stacey is the Head of Operations & Technology (O&T) for Citi in Singapore and ASEAN covering 7 markets since October 2012.

Upon graduating from Boston University with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Economics, Stacey started her banking career in 1996 as a Management Associate at Citibank. Her first assignment was Operations and Technology (O&T) where she worked on Strategic Cost Management projects for the North Asia Consumer Banking region, which sparked her career-long passion for O&T.

Stacey's first stints in O&T involved key productivity and service improvement projects, which helped make O&T a low cost service whilst providing quality service. In 2001, Stacey spearheaded the opening of an operations centre in Guangzhou, China and further expanded its operations to Zhuhai in 2004. At the same time, she led the creation of Citi China's Center of Excellence, Citigroup Data Processing Services Ltd (CDPS) while managing the CitiPhone and Strategy, Innovation and Finance departments in Hong Kong.

In April 2006, Stacey was appointed the Senior Country Operations Officer for Consumer Banking in Hong Kong, where she oversaw Branch Services, CitiPhone, Customer Services Quality, Infrastructure & Control Management, Transaction Services, Investment Operations, System Services Management and Technology, and the Guangdong operations.

Subsequently with the integrated O&T model, Stacey was promoted as the Head of O&T and Shared Services for China from October 2008 to September 2012 where she managed 1,250 O&T staff across the franchise as well as the growing Center of Excellence (CDPS).

Stacey also sits on the board as the Director of the Singapore Clearing House Association (SCHA) and several internal boards at Citi.
