​Chor Sen joined OCBC Bank as Head of Emerging Business in 2005, and he moved on to head the International business unit under the bank's Global Commercial Banking arm in 2012.  

As part of his portfolio, he oversees the growth and development of cross-border capabilities and business within the region, leveraging the OCBC network and partner banks in key markets such as Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Myanmar and Greater China. In April 2015, OCBC Bank was one of the first three foreign banks to have obtained the final banking licence to operate in Myanmar.

Chor Sen was conferred the IBF Fellow award in 2016 by the Institute of Banking and Finance Singapore. The IBF Fellow title recognises industry veterans who exemplify thought leadership and commitment to industry development.
