Biography

Conor is co-head of Standard Chartered Bank's global project & export finance business which advises and arranges limited recourse project financings and Export Credit Agency-backed financings, primarily for infrastructure and energy clients. The award-winning team has some 110 staff in 10 offices with a focus on Asia, Africa and the Middle East.

With 20 years project finance experience in Asia, Conor has closed landmark project financings in power, petrochemicals, oil and gas, LNG, renewables and infrastructure. He sits on the Singapore Capital Markets Sub-Committee on infrastructure financing and was involved in founding of Clifford Capital, a new project lending institution, in Singapore.

Conor holds a BA and MA (Economics) from University College, Dublin.
