​Lisna Chia is currently the Head of Corporate, Institutional and Commercial Banking Operations in Standard Chartered Singapore and focuses on strengthening client relationship and growing the Singapore business. Prior to this role, she has been the Head of Trade Operations Singapore since 2014. Over the years, she has transformed Standard Chartered Singapore's Trade Operations into one of the leading players within the region. Not only was she able to strengthen Standard Chartered's position in Trade Finance in Singapore, but has also established Trade Services Singapore as the role model of other Standard Chartered's major markets. She was recently awarded the 'Business Co-Creator' award by Standard Chartered Singapore CEO in recognition of her contribution and impact to Standard Chartered Singapore's growth.

 Lisna started her career with Standard Chartered in Indonesia and has accumulated 23 years of experience in the corporate, institutional and commercial banking sector. She specialises in trade finance and has served many leadership roles within Standard Chartered over the years and managing trade operations across 40 different countries. Her experience and contribution in this sector have garnered recognition within the industry and was invited to participate in MAS's discussions to transform Singapore into a Global Trade Hub. Many of her insights and recommendations were well received and play an instrumental role in the development of the Singapore National Trade Platform.​
