Biography

Mark is the Chief Business Development Officer responsible for the formulation and execution of Fullerton’s overall business development strategies and initiatives.  He leads the Business Development team to broaden Fullerton’s target markets and segments, and expand the distribution of investment capabilities and solutions.  In this role, he oversees the Institutional and Intermediary Sales, Client Services, Product Development, and Marketing and Communications functions.
  
Prior to joining Fullerton in 2019, he held management and senior business development roles at Eastspring Investments, Robeco and Credit Agricole Asset Management in Singapore and Hong Kong.  He started his career with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), and held different positions, including a two-year stint as Assistant Director (New York Office).  His last position at MAS was Assistant Director (Asset Management).

Mark is a member of the MAS’ Financial Leaders' Network and serves on the evaluation committees of the Finance Scholarship Program and SkillsFuture Study Award.  In 2018, he was conferred the title of IBF Fellow by the Institute of Banking and Finance Singapore.  This honor is aimed at recognizing industry veterans who have demonstrated mastery of a profession and exemplify thought leadership and commitment to industry development.

Mark graduated from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, with an Upper Honors Degree in Business.  He also graduated from the Stanford-NUS Executive Program in International Management and is a Chartered Wealth Manager.
