​Michael Power (Mike) is Managing Director & Chief Operating Officer, Group Technology & Operations and Regional Head of Consumer Banking Operations (CBO) at DBS Bank.

As Regional Head of CBO, Mike drives the strategy and transformation of DBS’ customer experience, including initiatives such as Customer Science, ‘Design for No Ops’ and Demand Management, to drive significant productivity improvements across the organization as well as unique and differentiated experiences for our customers.

In Mike’s role as COO for Group Technology & Operations, he oversees the culture and transformation agendas, Group Procurement Services, Corporate Real Estate and T&O Risk Management. Other bank-wide responsibilities include managing the bank’s direct environmental footprint through initiatives focused on clean energy, energy efficiency and sustainable operations as a founding member of the DBS Group Sustainability Council.

Prior to joining DBS, Mike was the Group Head of Consumer Banking Operations at Standard Chartered Bank based in Singapore. He has also held various operational management and engineering roles with GE Consumer Finance and GE Energy.

Mike holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Duke University as well as degrees in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics from the University of Dublin, Trinity College.​
