​Khiang Tong has over 30 years of management experience in strategic technology development, information technology, project management and banking operations. He currently serves as Executive Vice President and the Head of Group Operations and Technology at Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Ltd (OCBC Bank).

Within the OCBC Group, Khiang Tong's responsibilities in technology, cyber security and banking operations span across 19 locations and include subsidiaries in Singapore, Malaysia, China and Hong Kong such as Bank of Singapore, OCBC Securities and OCBC Wing Hang Bank.

Since August 2016, he has also assumed oversight of the OCBC's Quality and Service Excellence and Group Property Management divisions.

Khiang Tong holds appointments as a Board of Director for OCBC Securities Pte Ltd, Singapore Clearing House Pte Ltd, e2 Power Pte Ltd, e2 Power Sdn Bhd, OCBC Wing Hang Bank (China) Ltd and OCBC Property Services Pte Ltd.

In line with a life-long passion for people development and capabilities-building, Khiang Tong has championed several development programmes. These programmes aim to expose employees to new roles via on-the-job training and to deepen their domain knowledge through job rotations.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Economics from the National University of Singapore.
