Digital Transformation

"I strongly believe that to win in this ‘next normal’, banks need to focus on upskilling human capital and driving productivity through technological and structural innovation. As roles evolve and new ways of working emerge, people need to be literate in digital, design, data, and risk management. It is also important to possess a collaborative mindset and an agile leadership approach to re-accelerate and future proof the business. "
