Wei Min is the Managing Director, Global Head of Sales & Structuring, Global Treasury, OCBC Bank. 

She has more than 30 years of financial market experience and started her career in Citibank NA Singapore in market risk management.

She transitioned into derivatives marketing and was later appointed to head the sales & structuring team providing financial solutions to corporate clients.

In 2004, Wei Min joined OCBC Bank in her current role, providing hedging, investments, cross border and structured solutions to corporates, financial institutions and wealth management channels. 

Her accomplishments include introducing ground-breaking products for corporates during the 1990s, including SGD FX options and long tenor SGD Interest Rate and Currency Swaps.

In the capital markets, she was a key member of the team who brought the first foreign entity (International Finance Corp of World Bank) to issue a SGD denominated bond. 

Wei Min has led her team to win numerous awards including more recently, Asia Risk's Singapore House of the Year (2016 to 2020) and Singapore Bond House of the year (2019, 2020) in the IFR Asia Risk Awards. 

She is currently serving her second term in the IBF Capital and Financial Market Industry Workgroup, focusing on issues such as the future skills accelerator and skills development.

Wei Min is also a mentor in the OCBC Mentoring Program. 

Wei Min graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the National University of Singapore. She is married with 2 adult daughters.
