Tsok Kee currently heads up the Treasury Department of RHB Bank's Singapore Office. He oversees the overall Treasury business function encompassing; Liquidity, Assets-Liabilities Management, Investments, Sales and Trading. Further to that, as a member of the Bank's senior management team, he is a member of the Management Committee, Assets-Liabilities Committee and Risk Committee.

Tsok Kee has also contributed back to the industry by volunteering his experience as a member of the Financial Markets Regulatory Practices ("FMRP") Exam Board since 2012. He has served in previously in various capacities as part of the Executive Committee in Financial Markets Associations ("ACI").

Tsok Kee has over 26 years of experience in the financial services industry, mainly in the area of markets. Prior to joining RHB Singapore, he was with United Overseas Bank as their Interest Rates Derivatives Trading Head and subsequently seconded to UOB Thailand PCL as the country Treasurer. On his return to Singapore, he held various senior roles within Global Markets. Tsok Kee had also previously worked in Treasury/Markets for KBC Bank, OCBC Bank and Overseas Union Bank.

Tsok Kee graduated from Nanyang Technological University, with a Bachelor of Business (Financial Analyst) with First Class Honours. He has a Master of Social Science (Applied Economics) from National University of Singapore and completed all the levels of Chartered Financial Analyst ("CFA") exams. Tsok Kee is a strong believer in education and training as demonstrated by his continuous upskilling.
