Deutsche Bank has always put employee talent and development at the heart of its business. Amid acceleration in digitalisation in the industry, it partnered with IBF to launch a Career Conversion Programme (CCP) scheme called "BOOST" which stands for Build, Own, Operate, Share and Transform, to equip employees with a toolkit of new digital skills. This scheme started for the Operations department in Singapore and has now been extended to other locations in the region.
The push towards digitalisation in financial services has also provided opportunities for the bank to participate in the Technology in Finance Immersion Programme (TFIP) to grow a diverse talent pipeline in emerging and in-demand technology areas through training and work attachments. By deepening digital knowledge and skills, Deutsche Bank empowers its employees to harness technology for career growth acceleration.
