Yin Fong is the Global Head of Product Management for Cash Management and Trade Finance at Global Transaction Services at DBS Bank. In this role, she is responsible for strategic development, governance and profitability of the bank's payments and collections, liquidity management, electronic channels, documentary trade, as well as open account trade finance products and services.

Yin Fong has over 30 years of experience, with in-depth knowledge on operations and transactions banking. Prior to DBS, she was at ABN AMRO where she successfully introduced the Retail Lock-Box Service and won mandates from many large corporates. She was also the key driver behind the success of transaction banking services at ABN AMRO, which grew from virtually zero to SGD 33 million revenue by 2000. Her career started in Citibank where she left in 1997 as Regional Head, Trade and Cash Management.

Yin Fong is Chairperson for the Monetary Authority of Singapore's (MAS) Renminbi (RMB) Workgroup. Covering Trade Finance and Transaction Banking, the group promotes the growth of RMB trade activities and develops Singapore as a preferred offshore RMB clearing centre. She is also a member of MAS' New National Trade Infrastructure Workgroup, which has been set up to digitise and streamline trade flows and processing.

Yin Fong also co-chaired the steering committee for the nation-wide launch of e-payment infrastructure (FAST) and led the technology and security industry work groups to shape the Singapore payments landscape for increased automation and paperless transactions. She has also been recognised by The Asset as the Treasury and Working Capital Banker of the Year in 2014.

Yin Fong graduated with a Bachelor in Business Administration from Singapore University (now known as National University of Singapore) in 1974.
