Mr Nitin Gulabani is Global Head of FX, Rates and Credit (FXRC) at Standard Chartered Bank. The FXRC business encompasses all trading-related activities for the Bank in Foreign Exchange, Rates, Credit and Structured Products as well as the Bank's Client Clearing offering. The Bank operates dealing rooms across 42 countries.

Under Mr Gulabani's leadership, the FXRC team continues to deliver superior financial performance. The market continues to recognize our FXRC businesses as world-class with awards including (i) #1 in the Asia Risk Corporate Ranking 2014, (ii) 2014 Euromoney Best Flow House in Africa and (iii) #1 for Asian Currencies in the 2014 Euromoney FX Survey.

Mr Gulabani is a member of the Financial Markets Management Team which is responsible for the strategic direction and performance of the Bank's Financial Markets business. He is an Ambassador for Seeing is Believing, the Bank's principal charitable foundation aimed at eliminating avoidable blindness, and he is a board member of the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA), a position he's held for the past 5 years.

Mr Gulabani joined Standard Chartered in 2007. Prior to joining the Bank, he worked for Deutsche Bank AG in Singapore as Managing Director heading the Bank's global currencies and commodities team in Asia Pacific. Mr Gulabani is based in Singapore and has lived in Asia for over fifteen years. He holds a Bachelor of Science from City University, London.
