Advisory on IBF Examinations under Phase Two (Heightened Alert) from 16 May 2021 to 13 June 2021

May 19, 2021

With the increased number of locally transmitted COVID-19 cases, the Government has announced measures to stem the rising number of cases under Phase Two (Heightened Alert) from 16 May 2021 till 13 June 2021.  IBF will also be stepping up precautionary measures to safeguard the well-being of all candidates, staff and our community.

Unless otherwise advised, examinations will proceed as scheduled at the IBF premises.  We will continue to strictly administer safe management measures, institute mandatory TraceTogether check-in as well as temperature screening at the IBF premises.

As an additional precautionary measure, IBF will cut-back on the number of examination sessions from now till end of June 2021 to reduce interactions.  In this regard, we seek candidates' cooperation and understanding that we will be contacting some of you to cancel certain scheduled examination sessions and advise on the rescheduling of examinations.

With the reduced number of examination sessions, we strongly urge candidates to take the examinations after this period if they do not need to complete the examinations urgently.

We seek your kind cooperation to minimize the spread of the virus as we prioritize your health and safety.
