IBF Customer Satisfaction and Perception Surveys 2020

​The Institute of Banking and Finance Singapore (IBF) has appointed Asia Insight Pte Ltd as an independent market research company to conduct:

i) an online Customer Satisfaction Survey and
ii) on-the-street Customer Perception survey.

If you have used one of IBF’s services, you may receive an email requesting you to participate in the online Customer Satisfaction Survey. 

Asia Insight Pte Ltd’s research team will also be interviewing individuals on the streets for a Customer Perception Survey. 

Both IBF and Asia Insight endeavours to protect any data collected through these surveys. Please refer to IBF’s privacy policy here. For further enquiries related to PDPA matters in this study, please email dpo@asiainsight.com

Please be assured that your feedback will be treated with utmost confidentiality. All responses will not be reported at the individual level, and only aggregate data will be presented and used. You may choose to withdraw your consent at any time.
