Purpose of Programme

This workshop aims to enable participants to apply the needs-based process of needs quantification used in the various aspects of financial planning and equip advisers/agents/RMs to conduct proper data fact finding and disclosure to clients to relate and align to the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) framework. Through the examples and discussions of cases used in the workshop, participants will also understand the pertinent FAA Guidelines and requirements and will be mindful of the common infractions and how to avoid them using the techniques learned in the workshop. The workshop places significant emphasis to do what is right for the client and empower participants with a proper sales process instead of product pushing. The overall outcome is to empower participants to be proficient and confident in providing a sound basis of recommendation in the investment products, and through proper fact finding, meet clients' financial goals and objectives and optimize their opportunities.
