Purpose of Programme
What You'll Learn
The course builds a practical understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Large Language Models, Generative AI and agentic systems, and translates these into real implications for financial institutions. Leaders examine what is now possible through live demonstrations, including source-grounded research tools, synthetic media and automated intelligence briefings.
The workshop also explores applications across origination, underwriting, collections, support functions, wealth management, investment management, and financial crime and fraud detection. A major focus is responsible leadership, including AI risks, FEAT principles, explainability, accountability, hallucinations, source verification, intellectual property, confidentiality and human oversight.
Participants apply frameworks such as the CDE Innovation Prism, Performance Hexagon, AI readiness mapping and use-case prioritisation. They also complete a one-hour post-workshop assessment involving a scored AI use-case portfolio, a business and governance case for one priority use case, and a financial-crime scenario.
By the end, participants leave with a clearer readiness baseline, stronger board-level questions, prioritised AI opportunities and a practical 90-day action plan.
