Biography
Ang Li Khim is the Managing Director and Head of Consumer Banking Group Retail Banking Technology & Payment Utilities. She has over 30 years of banking experience including 13 years with DBS Bank.
She played a pivotal role in driving innovation and modernizing DBS’s payment ecosystem, significantly enhancing the bank’s digital capabilities and business growth. Her key contributions include PayNow-Cross Border Payments and Electronic Deferred Payment (EDP) solution which supports Singapore’s transition away from physical cheques.
Beyond technology leadership, Li Khim is a strong advocate for gender diversity. Through recruitment, mentorship and engagement initiatives, she successfully increased female representation in technology roles within her department from 24% to 48% in 2024, fostering a more inclusive and empowering workplace culture.
