Biography

Dr Ben Fok is a pioneer in Singapore’s financial services industry, with more than 35 years of expertise in financial planning, wealth management, regulatory compliance, and executive leadership.

As Chief Executive Officer of Bill Morrisons Capital Pte Ltd, he directs the firm’s strategic initiatives, operational rigour, and compliance with the Financial Advisers Act—driving sustainable growth while upholding exemplary standards of ethics and governance.

A Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Dr Fok has been a pivotal figure in advancing the professionalism of Singapore’s financial advisory landscape. His dedication to education, practitioner development, and the promotion of best practices is reflected in his leadership roles, including his tenure as President of the Financial Planning Association of Singapore (FPAS). In this capacity, he has strengthened the profession’s credibility, fostered its vibrancy, and bolstered public trust.

An educator at heart, Dr Fok has also made significant academic contributions as a faculty member at the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS), where he nurtures future financial professionals through teaching, mentorship, and academic stewardship.

He holds a Doctor of Business Administration from the University of Canberra, Australia, alongside multiple professional qualifications in financial services. Guided by a steadfast mission to raise industry standards, Dr Fok remains committed to ensuring that financial planning in Singapore is anchored in professionalism, integrity, and foresight.
