Biography
Mr. Kenneth Kan is Managing Partner and Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Dymon Asia Capital, where he leads the firm's Talent strategy and sits on the investment committee of its flagship multi-strategy fund.
Beyond his role at Dymon Asia, Kenneth is a committed advocate for talent development in Singapore's financial sector. He serves on the Exco of the Financial Markets Association of Singapore (FMAS), where he chairs the Education Subcommittee, and is a member of the Singapore Foreign Exchange Market Committee (SFEMC) and its Manpower Development Subcommittee.
Under his leadership, the FMAS Education Subcommittee has worked closely with the Institute of Banking and Finance (IBF) to develop courses spanning financial markets, structuring, and digital assets, as well as an internship preparation programme that equips students to compete for roles at leading banks and hedge funds.
Kenneth believes that developing talent is not just about teaching — it is about creating opportunities for all.
