Complementing its focus on young talent, Prudential Singapore launched PRUPrime in November 2025 under the Ministry of Manpower’s Alliance for Action on Empowering Multi-Stage Careers for Mature Workers. The programme offers flexible, meaningful employment opportunities for experienced professionals through 12-month retainer-based contracts. PRUPrime participants can be deployed into seasonal, project-based or specialist roles where their expertise creates immediate business value while providing greater flexibility. This enables mature professionals to remain active, keep learning and contribute their expertise.
