The maxim “修身齐家治国平天下” reminds us that the personal financial decisions that an individual makes not only have the power to reach far into the future to benefit loved ones for generations to come; but also impact the community, which in turn affects a nation’s financial security and success like a ripple effect. As Singapore evolves to be a leading global financial centre amidst a rapidly ever-changing world, upskilling for financial practitioners is no longer a plausible option but a necessity to stay relevant, competent, and equipped to create valuable and meaningful contributions to raise the professionalism of the financial industry and fulfil our fiduciary duty towards clients. ”
