Purpose of Programme

This one-day workshop is designed for financial services professionals seeking to understand and apply Generative AI (GenAI) responsibly within banking, insurance, and related sectors. The course covers essential concepts, industry-relevant applications, and the ethical frameworks necessary to ensure safe and compliant AI adoption.

Participants will learn how GenAI differs from traditional AI, explore its role in predictive analytics, fraud detection, compliance monitoring, and workflow automation, and develop skills in prompt engineering for precise and context-driven outputs. Key principles such as FEAT (Fairness, Ethics, Accountability, Transparency) and the MindForge framework are integrated to reinforce responsible usage, mitigate risks like bias and hallucinations, and safeguard intellectual property.

Interactive discussions and hands-on exercises will provide practical experience in applying GenAI to real-world financial scenarios. By the end of the session, participants will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to leverage GenAI effectively, ethically, and in alignment with industry best practices.
