Q1. I have a Zoom link to join a virtual IBF event, why do I still need to log in to a Zoom account?
All IBF Webinar Sessions are set up as registered meetings on Zoom, and participants are required to sign in using their Zoom-linked e-mail addresses before they are able to join the session. This is an added security feature for Zoom.
Q2. I received the error message “This webinar is for authorized registrants only. Please enter another email address” when I tried to register for a Masterclass via Zoom. What does this mean?
As we require all attendees to have a Zoom account to register, you will need to enter an email address tied to one.
The reason for the error message is because Zoom does not recognise the email you have keyed in. If you have an account, click on Profile and scroll to Sign-in email to see the email that has been used to register for your zoom account and which is recognised by Zoom. Alternatively, you may head to zoom.com to create an account with your work email.
Q3. I joined the Masterclass via phone, what should I do after the session has ended?
For participants who dial into the session via telephone, please fill up this Contact Form and provide the number you dialed in with, right after the Masterclass. Please select “IBF
Events” under Category.
Q4. I did not receive my COA.
If you registered for the event with your work email, your company’s firewall setting might mark the email as spam due to embedded hyperlinks within the email. Please check your spam folder. If you still do not receive anything after 7 working
days, contact us here.
Q5. I signed up for the Masterclass and let two other colleagues listen in, do we all get issued COAs after?
Only the person who registered for the Masterclass will be issued the COA.
Q6. When will the Certificate of Attendance (COA) be sent to me?
The COA will be sent via email 7 working days after the Masterclass.
Q7. The name on my COA is wrong. How do I change it?
Please fill up this contact form to request for a name change.
Q8. Can I have a copy of the presentation slides and Masterclass recording after the session has ended?
Subject to the speaker’s approval, the presentation slides and recording will be shared along together with the COA.
Q9. I missed the Masterclass, where can I view the recording?
Please fill up this contact form to request for the recording. Availability of recording is subject to the speaker’s agreement for distribution.
