Experienced Head of Department and Industry veteran with a demonstrated history of working in the Financial Services industry.

Certified in IBF Level 3 since year 2020, she is the First Training Head in L&D in Asia to be accorded the prestigious Diploma form LIMRA, Chartered Insurance Agency Manager certification in 2021 and a certified Enneagram trainer in 2022.

In August 2022, Great Eastern Centre for Excellence team was crowned Winner of Education Insurance Initiative of the Year 2022 by Asia Insurance Awards and also launched Singapore’s first fully online, internally curated IBF level 1 certified program.

Skilled in leading Strategy, Business Development, Planning, Sales, Learning Management, Organizational Development, Customer Management and Corporate Communications functions and experienced in leading multiple industry level work streams and projects anchored by LIA, Global and Regional Associations.

Have more than 18 years volunteering experience with Make A Wish Singapore and have been awarded a long-term service appreciation certificate from NCSS for this contribution to social service in Singapore.

He currently sits on the Executive Council of IFPAS as the 1st Vice President of IFPAS, the Premier Association of Financial Planners (Singapore) and actively contributes to enhancing the image of the financial services industry, upholding the professional and ethical standards of the financial practitioners and serving the consumers and community at large.
